The theory is to keep a little bit of the program running all the time so that when you want to run the program, some of it is already loaded in wa'la.... I've always had good luck with LiteOn.

If none of the above options works, it is most likely a hardware problem and not a software problem. Ontop of that it's been the same version of Nero. The burner does not like the brand of disc you are using.Try another manufacturer.I had this problem and researched it thoroughly, fortunately I found my burner did not like Office Max That worked!
