You take it out and put it back in and it works. I think because of that printer decided to disable think cartridge.I wish there is a hardware solution like shortening a circuit in motherboard that solve all of this headache.Regards. useful reference

I followed your advice carefully and solved the problem entirely. Cartridges purchased off ebay and Amazon are something of a hit-or-miss proposition.
