If I recall you don't get an error (you get right in to Entourage). My theory is that somehow there is a "ghost" of the old Exchange password being retained somewhere, probably on the OS X client Macs. While the 10.1.4 update would be an adequate short term measure, it really is not appropriate for use at a large company that is making full use of Exchange's features in my review here
