So I looked at the command line it generated to call studiomdl.exe. I've run the mod with any possible combination of Don'tUseSpeechSemaphore setting. The modname_english.txt file in the resources folder only gives those chapters a name, and the textures in the vgui folder only give them a picture.

My particular map is of the outside variety in a mountain setting. I did notice just before the end of Episode 1 (in "ep1_c17_06.bsp"), there are evergreen trees.
