I was having an issue even getting this project to save because it was originally created in another account on the same computer. Not sure if that helps or not. When I simulate it plays fine in DVD Studio Pro4. check the location of where you've set your build (in preferences OR in the build/format box -whichever you're dealing with)- it may be in a folder that your account doesn't have http://deepfrom.com/dvd-studio/dvd-studio-pro-compiler-file-error-fix.html But trashing the preferences seems to do the trick. The recomendation to burn at the slowest speed helped. I have set my encode bit rate to 6.6 and 7.8(max).

A quick google search found lots of answers. I can't find that option now on the toolbar. We do this by going through the Finder > User > Library > Preferences > com.apple.dvdstudiopro.plist and putting it into the trash. I thought there was an "advanced" tab where I did it last time, but now I can't find it. However, if I have 100+ disks to burn I am unable to throw the .img file on an external hdd to throw on another computer to help speed things up. I am used to PCs, and am not aware of if Mac has a similar feature.
